Abstract submission and presentation information for authors.

Call for Abstracts

The call for abstracts for ICSASD 2027 is now open. Submit an abstract of up to 250 words describing your work and its relevance to smart agriculture and sustainable development. Abstracts will be reviewed, and revisions may be requested before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Authors may submit through the Google Form or email their abstract after following the submission guidelines and sample format.

Preparing Your Abstract

  • Keep the abstract within 250 words, excluding the title, author details, affiliations and keywords.
  • Use Times New Roman: 14 pt for the title, 11 pt for affiliations and 12 pt for the abstract, with 1.15 line spacing.
  • Keep the title within 200 characters, including spaces.
  • List all authors in order of contribution and link their names to their affiliations using superscript numbers.
  • Include each affiliation's department, institution, city, post code and country.
  • Mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide their email address.
  • Show the presenting author's name in bold and underline it. The presenter must be the first author or the corresponding author.
  • Provide up to five keywords in alphabetical order and state the relevant conference area and section.

Full Paper

After abstract acceptance, authors may prepare an optional full paper. Further instructions on paper preparation, review and publication will be provided to accepted authors. Revisions may be requested following review.

Preparing Your Presentation

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations should last 10–12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and session transitions. Please keep your presentation within the allocated time and leave the question period available for discussion.

Poster Presentations

Poster preparation instructions will be provided to accepted poster presenters.
