About the Conference
Agriculture is facing challenges due to increase of world population, climate change and decrease of arable land worldwide. The recent development in AI, 5G technology and Large Language Models can be of use to agriculture to fight the challenges. The 2nd International Conference on Smart Agriculture for Sustainable Development (ICSASD) 2027 is organised by the Khulna Agricultural University in collaboration with Centre for Smart Village to be held in January 20-21, 2027, in Khulna Agricultural University, Khulna, Bangladesh. The conference will provide a platform for academics, researchers, industry experts, agri-based entrepreneurs and practitioners to exchange and collaborate, delving into the applications and AI-based solutions in the broader field of agriculture. The concept of smart agriculture has emerged as a consensus within the industry, utilizing modern technological means to enhance the production efficiency and sustainability of traditional agriculture.
